Invitation Templates

Whether you’re creating beautiful email templates or reviewing SMS templates, you’ll start at Invitation Templates. Customize and test while you’re working on your survey project, and your invitations will be ready to use when it’s time to publish.

Wherever you are in the platform, it’s always easy to access Invitation Templates!

• Within Distribute, you’ll find Invitation Templates on the right end of the Distribute menu bar.
• From anywhere in the platform, access Invitation Templates by clicking on the Resource Hub icon in the top right corner of your screen

Within Invitation Templates, you’ll see Email Templates and SMS Templates.

• Email Templates:
  Explore a range of system-defined templates that can be tailored to align with your preferences, meeting your specific needs and branding requirements. Access these templates directly through Invitation Templates or when publishing your projects. Learn more about Email Templates.

• SMS Templates:
  Here you can personalize SMS Templates prior to publishing your invitations through Automated Distribution. Choose to use a system-defined template or to customize to suit your specific requirements. Learn more about Automated Distribution.
